Marlene Corbun

I am an independent art advisor and a curator in the fields of Contemporary Art and Web3 Art. I am passionate about living artists and how their art offer new visions and new dialogues about our society. My expertise is hybrid, and my knowledge lies in both the traditional practices of the art world, and in the digital art realm.

I have been navigating the art market for more than 10 years. Before launching my first art advisory boutique in London in 2017, I spent time working for both White Cube and for Christie’s. During COVID I launched the art advisory department for the family office of the private bank ODDO BHF in Switzerland. In 2022, I set up a new art advisory boutique based in Switzerland.

In my role as an art advisor, I work with private clients and institutions in the development and management of historical and meaningful contemporary art collections.

In my role as a curator, I create powerful exhibitions for museums and institutions, especially in the field of Web3 Art.

I studied both academic art history and business: educated at The Courtauld Institute in London (Post-Graduate Diploma in Art History) and at EM Lyon Business School in France (Master’s in management). At the Courtauld, I wrote my thesis on Mark Rothko’s Colour Walls and the existentialist philosophy by Jean-Paul Sartre.
